The Childcare Enrollment Sales Specialist will manage the entire family enrollment process—from initial inquiry through onboarding and ongoing family support. This role is responsible for conducting tours, meeting monthly enrollment goals, and ensuring every family feels confident, welcomed, and valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track all inquiries, communications, and follow-ups through our CRM system.
- Conduct at least 10 facility tours per week for prospective families.
- Guide families through the enrollment process and complete all onboarding paperwork and orientation.
- Meet or exceed monthly enrollment goals to support center growth.
- Follow up with newly enrolled families at 1 week, 2 weeks, and 30 days to ensure smooth transitions.
- Distribute surveys to new and current families and assist with resolving feedback or concerns.
- Maintain accurate enrollment records and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Represent the center in a warm, professional, and family-centered manner.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in childcare, customer service, sales, or enrollment is preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
-Comfortable using CRM software and other digital tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

We’re looking for a warm, energetic, and organized Homeschool Teacher & Enrichment Mentor to support two bright and curious girls—one in 5th grade and one in 2nd grade—on their learning journey! This is not your typical “sit-at-a-desk” role. You’ll be part teacher, part mentor, part adventure coordinator—helping the girls stay engaged in their online curriculum while also guiding them through hands-on projects, sports, enrichment activities, and exciting weekly field trips.
🕒 Schedule
• 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• 4–5 days per week (some flexibility)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support each child with their online curriculum, keeping them focused and motivated
- Create and lead a hands-on, engaging curriculum for the 2nd grader (crafts, science experiments, interactive games, and project-based learning)
- Provide safe, reliable transportation to and from lessons, sports practices, and activities
- Plan and supervise weekly field trips to educational and fun destinations
- Teach and guide the girls in content creation (video, digital projects, and creative storytelling)
- Introduce AI training basics in a safe, age-appropriate way
- Encourage a love of learning through curiosity, creativity, and positive reinforcement
- Maintain a structured but flexible daily rhythm to balance academics, enrichment, and active time
